When you count how many DPO you are, what do you count as day of O???
Is there are way to tell just based on LH surge w/ OPK?? If you're just using OPKs & NOT charting, what do you count as O?
This is my 1st month charting & 1st day of high temps isn't so clear (I got a slightly high temps in the 2 days after OPK test showed LH surge...but like I said it was just a teeny bit higher than usual. It didn't really show a jump until 3 days after OPK).

I used to use OPKs and temp. According to my temps, I O'd the day after my last +OPK every month.

My temps usually went up 2 days after a +OPK when I was charting but everyone is different. Keep in mind that OPK predicts ovulation within 24-48 hours and temps go up AFTER ovulation has already taken place. HTH!

I usually counted the day after my second +OPK as my O date

I ususally count the day after the  as O & then the day after that is 1DPO.

the software that i use counts it for me based upon temps and if there is a thermal shift
once you have 3 elevated temps in a row, the first one counts as 1 dpo

I always count the next day after Oing as 1DPO
