Headache- pressure instead of pain?
I've had this terrrible pressure on my left side(temple to nose/upper jaw area) for a week and a 1/2 now. I thought for sure it was sinus related so went to an ENT yesterday and he couldn't see anything. Told me to try nose spray(which I already have- no help) and 'wait it out'. I just made an appt. with my primary dr. Then I'm wondering if I'm 'clenching' my teeth at night? uggh. Can this be a constant headache that is not painful, just a lot of pressure? It's also constantly there, I've tried a few things and no relief- it's really starting to depress me . Anyone ever have something similar??

I used to have that same thing. The ENT told me to ask my dentist if it could be TMJ (?) The dentist fitted me for a mouth guard, and it helped.

Re: Headache- pressure instead of pain?
I have TMJ and I used to suffer from HORRIBLE headaches and jaw pain b/c I clench my teeth at night I went to the dentist and got a night guard, which prevents me from clenching...you should look into it!
