Lower back Pain

last night I was laying on my stomach and when I went to get up I had such lower back pain that I couldnt move it HURT so bad then for the rest of the night I had to lay half sitting up til I fell asleep
now this morning in hurts but not like last night

now if I go to the Dr will they do anything or is there really nothing they can do??

I found regular doctors due nothing.
I go to a chiropractor and love it !
