2 year olds - what was weight/height

DS had his two-year well visit on Tuesday. The Dr. we made our appt with had a pediatric resident working with him that day, and she got me nervous about two things, but the way I am, I didn't say much while I was there. (Meanwhile, then they say that the next necessary appt is for the flu shot in September - so I wonder how nervous I should be.) Anyways, she said his weight doesn't match his height percentile, and not to feed him fried foods! That got me angry. DS likes to eat, but he eats healthy foods at home. Anyways, all this back story is really unnecessary, I'm just wondering if DS is overweight.

What was your DC's height and weight at 2 years?
ETA: And when did the doctor stop using the baby scale and start using the regular stand-up scale?

My daughter was almost 36 inches (90-95%) and 30 lbs (80%).

Not 100% sure but I think Ryan was 32lbs something at that age...

So far Alex seems to be right around this. He was 35 1/3 inches and 31 pounds.

Just checked his chart... 34 inches and 26 lbs.

Liam is 34 inches tall and 32lbs. The doctor did say he is high on the weight, but he always has been. He did say limit the milk & juice which we have been. I'm not concerned.

DD was 33 inches and 26 lbs.

Peyton was 37 inches tall and 36lbs at her 2 year visit
I was told that her height and weight were on the same curve so it was OK
She is a tall and SOLID kid.

ETA: she was only 37 1/2 inches tall and 37lbs 6 months later.

Another question - when did they stop weighing your DC on the baby scale and use the regular stand-up scale?

My DS was 40lbs and about 37 inches (I have to double check the height) but I will say he was always about the same precentile wise for both height and weight.

The 2 year appt was the first time we used the stand up scale but just for height, I think the table one only went to 36 inches.

I don't remember her height but she was 26lbs.

They used the baby scale up until this last appt (we took her yesterday b/c she had strep).

ETA: She was same percentile height and weight.

I don't remember exact numbers, but I think it was around your DS - I think my DS was heavier. My doctor wasn't worried, because he was always 90-95% or off the chart for height and weight. She said not to worry, as long as he was proportional and there wasn't a radical change - like a big weight gain without growing a few inches.

I think it was just at this 3 year old visit that he finally went on the regular scale. Now everytime we go, he's obsessed with getting on and off of it.

I have a peanut. He was 25.5 lbs (15-20%) and 32.5 in (10%).

DD was just about the same as yours. She was 31 lbs and 35.5 in. They weighed her on a regular scale. Dr. didn't seem concerned at all with her weight. Now she went for her 3 year visit and grew 4 inches and gained less than 2 lbs!

We just had DS's 2 yr visit. 33.5 inches and 25.8 lbs.

i think about 33inches and 27.5lbs.

I think we did both scales....I know my DH and I put her on the stand up scale before they came in, and I think they also used the sit down and they were the same weight. I dont remember if they also tried the stand up scale. I know it was weird to me that they even brought in the other scale.

We used the big scale and ruler at 2 year old well visit. DD was 31 lbs and 33 3/4 inches. Weight was 90th percentile and height was 50th but she has been this since birth.

What has your son been height and weight, since birth?

mine is a real pixie! She was about 23 lbs. and at her 2.5 year visit she was 26 lbs!
