Long Beach Island, NJ
I know I have seen some posters familiar with Long Beach Island, NJ. My family is looking to rent a house for a week. My parents, siblings/spouses and my 2 kids.
What towns would be best for all ages?
I was initially looking in Beach Haven, but also found some houses in Harvey Cedars that are available.
anyone familiar with Harvey Cedars? compared to Beach Haven, I would assume its more mellow since its further from Fantasy Island and the water park.?
any info would be great!

Long Beach Island, NJ
I grew up spending the month of August in Beach Haven. We loved it. We were down on Liberty. So you are out of town but not too far that its a hassle to get to anything. We always were Beach block so that we never had to cross the main Blvd.
I am very excited because we decided to go back this year with the family as a little reunion/relive the past.

Thank you, we actually just booked something today. Didnt want to wait since we are going during such a popular week (July 4th).
Id love to see it though - if we like it we may make a tradition and go back every year. what town is the house in?
