I would absolutely say goodbye to that friendship. There is no changing that child, especially if her mother is not reprimanding the child when she behaves like this. This child is getting her jollies from being mean to a meeker child as your DD. Goodbye. Let that friendship go. There is nothing you can do that will improve this and why should your DD be the punching bag?
