I can't get into it now because I'm pretty upset. But I was told yesterday that I will not be getting a raise due to inconsistent work. I'm being judged on one item from one day of a project. I knocked the project out of the park but the partner was unhappy about one thing.

I have a question about doing a self review after getting bad news from he boss. If you manage people and read self reviews I would appreciate a pm to discuss. I need advice.
