Baby Orajel Naturals?
Has anyone here given their LO Baby Orajel Naturals? Was just wondering if your LO responded well to it. Was looking into it for my 5 month old. TIA!

Re: Baby Orajel Naturals?
When I gave my son that it was like I was giving him nothing at all.
So annoying, at the time, because his gums and teeth were really hurting him.
I gave him regular infant orajel. My ped told me not to worry - just give the poor little guy relief. And that worked wonders. It was extremely effective.
Wow, feels like yesterday - He's over two now!

Baby Orajel Naturals?
I've heard bad things about giving orajel so I just avoid it. We give hylands teething tablets, use an amber necklace, and Tylenol if necessary. I've also heard good things about Camilia drops.
ETA: I just read that orajel naturals is benzocaine free so I'd definitely give that over the regular baby orajel.

I used to give the Naturals to my DD and it definitely gave her some relief.

We've used the naturals one and it seemed to work. Also a big fan of hylands teething tablets, Baltic Amber necklace and Motrin when absolutely necessary

I prefer not to give medications when possible, but there were a few days when DD was in such intense pain that I used Orajel (not the natural, just the regular one) and Infant Motrin. I've tried Infant Tylenol but found Motrin to be much more effective for pain relief.

The teething tabs are awesome. I've only had to use baby tylenol once and that was because DS's molars were all coming in at once. DS's pediatrician said no to any orajel.
