Babysitter wwyd
All last year I brought my son to a babysitter who lives in my neighborhood. In Sept, he will be going to a center, mostly because dh job will pay for $320 of it. Anyways, last year, I bought a brand new car seat for her to use with him. He has not gone to her since June. At the end of the year, she asked me if she could get his stuff together after her upcoming vacation, which I had no problem with. I also had plans to send him occasionally when I needed but honestly, we were all having so much fun and summer flew by that I never did. Anyways, I was thinking of getting my stuff back. She texted me back the next day that she had to get things together, but she lost the buckle for between the legs for the car seat. I'm not sure how it got lost but I'm really annoyed. It was brand new and I need it for if my mother picks him up. Wwyd or say to her or would you just suck it up?

Before you say anything to the babysitter, maybe you can email the car seat company to see if they can replace the buckle for you. A lot of companies are really good about that stuff. I would try that first. But even if they can't help you, I think the most I would do is to ask her if she double checked for the buckle to see if maybe it got stuck under a seat in the car.
