Paying part time nanny/babysitter
It's looking like we are going to need to find a one day per week and sometimes only 3 days per month babysitter/nanny. Do I need to pay them with deducting taxes?

I would just pay them cash off the books like a date night sitter

That's extremely part time.
I had a part time babysitter & we paid her cash.
We agreed she would take care of the taxes.
