We are invited to my friend's house for Easter tomorrow. DS had the stomach virus last Sunday and it was on and off all week (he has been fine since Thursday). DD got the stomach virus yesterday and threw up for 12 hours. Last time she threw up was 5:30 this morning. I know the rule for daycare is 24 hours no vomit. Would you still go???

I would not go. Thats not fair to your friend or her family.
and i would personally be pissed if my friend showed up anyway knowing the stomach virus is going through their house.

I wouldn't go. That stomach virus going around has been awful and very contagious.

No way I'd go. You'd be exposing everyone there to the virus, your DD may not have thrown up in a while but she's still contagious. Definitely stay home tomorrow.

This happened with us about a month ago and we were so disappointed we couldn't go through with our plans but it was all for the best to stay home. Such a bummer, we can relate!

I know, I am so bummed. I feel like we have been couped up ALL winter and when we have plans, we can't go! But it would be selfish if I expose everyone there because of that. I just canceled.
