14 months - few questions
how much milk is your dc drinking and when are they drinking it?
how many naps and for how long?

My DS has milk with each meal and has since he started.
Naps- he dropped to one mid day at 12 months

We give DD a straw cup of milk with at least 2 meals, sometimes all 3. I'd guesstimate she's drinking 16-21 oz of milk. We tend to skip a 3rd cup on dairy heavy days (she loves cheese and yogurt).
She takes one or two naps. Usually, the early nap is about 2-2 1/2 hrs. The second nap, when she takes it, is 45 min to an hour.

My DD doesn't really love milk so I've been lucky to get about 6oz into her. I try to make up for the lack of milk with lots of cheese and yogurt.
DD right now is still taking two 1 1/2 hour naps a day.

2 six oz bottles when she wakes up and before bed. 2 six oz sippy cups during day. 1 nap 12-2.

At 14 months we had a nap one and a night one
My son took one nap from noon to 1 give or take
My daughter gave up napping way before a yr lol

We're working on getting rid of the bottles - but right now he's drinking about 20oz of milk a day. Always takes a AM nap, PM nap depends on the day
