Night feed getting earlier and earlier?

Night feed getting earlier and earlier?
DS (6 months) started STTN, 12 hours, about 8 weeks ago. He did it on and off for awhile, sometimes needing one feed.
For the past 3 weeks he hasn't STTN and has always needed a feed but done the "normal" feedtime, 3am-6am, then back down.
Lately, he's been waking up once between 11pm-1am, then sleeping in until 7 or 8.
I've never heard of this, why is he waking up earlier and earlier in the night for a feed? He's able to back down for 8-9 hours straight, why so hungry in the beginning of his sleep?

maybe he is hungrier...have you tried increasing the bottle he gets before bed?

That's exactly what I was going to say. Increase the last bottle by 2-4 ounces and see if that fixes it.
