His naps are getting shorter, he's waking up earlier...

WTH is going on with my son? I was getting 2-2.5 hour naps, now he's down to 1.5.

He's waking up earlier and earlier everyday.

Could it be that he hasn't been burning off that much energy since we haven't been outside? I am praying that when we go away we can get him back into shape once we're home.

Is there any other reason he would be sleeping less and less? He was getting 13 hours total - now he's getting about 11. Mama needs those extra two hours! Chat Icon

I hope it's just the rain and being stuck indoors and not that he is out growing naps altogether!

Re: His naps are getting shorter, he's waking up earlier...

Same exact thing is happening here. My ds, 25 months old, was napping 2 - 3 hours and sleeping 11 hours a night. The naps are shorter and nights are 10 hours now. Doesnt seem that drastic when I type it, but when he is yelling for Mommmmmy at 6 or 6.30 instead of 7 or 7.30 it sucks!!!!!
Crossed fingers its the rain and now that its getting nice, I will be tiring his butt out playing outside!!
