4 month sleep regression?
is this a real thing and if it is, how bad is it? my dd is only 3 months but luckily sleeps through the night. but i go back to work in 6 weeks and now am so nervous that this sleep regression is going to align perfectly to my first week back.
did anyone NOT experience this?

4 month sleep regression?
Dealt with a bad case of 4 month sleep regression with my DS. He was a great sleeper but after a bad few nights of teething at 4 mos, he started waking up every 2.5 hours, then every 2, every 1.5...you get the idea. By 6 months, he was waking up about 6-7 times per night. At 7 months, I had enough and did CIO. It took 3 days but he went back to sleeping 12 hours a night.
My DD, on the other hand, never went through it. Thank God

4 month sleep regression?
I think I am dealing with it now. She is sleeping at night thankfully! But, a nap is a whole new story!
