Trying after Chemical....
As some of you know I suffered a Chemical last week . I am still trying to get over it.
I saw my Dr last week and he said that physically I would be fine to start trying again right away, but I just don't know if I emotionally ready for it.
Can I have some feedback on what those that suffered with this have done.?

Trying after Chemical....
I had two chemicals one in February and one in April. After the February chemical we jumped right into IVF and got pregnant but had another chemical in April. After that we jumped right to FET. I think you should be good. A chemical is much worse emotionally than physically.

It made me feel better to start trying again right away. The 2nd month after the chemical I got another BFP. It was hard to be excited, and I was so paranoid that I would lose that pregnancy too, but I didn't. I had a healthy, normal pregnancy.
I would never tell someone to start trying again if they aren't ready. But at the same time, don't let fear and anxiety take over. Stay optimistic. Many, many, many ladies have a chemical and go on to have healthy pregnancies very shortly after.

I was beyond devastated when we had our chemical. It was my first IUI and it was such a blow. I cried alot!! Then my husband said we get back up on the horse and try again. Here we are awaiting results of IUI #5. As hard as it was to get back up on that horse it was even harder imagining giving up on our dream to have a family. Do whatever is best for you that is all I can say

Sorry for your loss. My DH and i just started TTC in March/April and I had a chemical at the end of April and i was so upset. But I went with my gut (and the advice of my doctor that it was ok to start tryign again right away) and we have been ttc again this month. AF is due next week so we will see- but i didn't want to waste any time especially bc I never even knew what a CP was! Good luck and just follow your heart on what you want to do.

Trying after Chemical....
So sorry for your loss.
I've had 3 CP's total. I've waited a significant time between each one before trying again because I need to heal emotionally.
Everyone is different, you will know when you are ready to try again.
