I flew in the beginning of January - went through the full body scanner - had not a clue. Came home from our trip, missed my period, I was pregnant the whole time and didn't know it  I have no idea if this is really bad but I have a check-up next week so I'll be sure to ask. Oops, I wish I had known - it takes nothing to just request a pat down.
I think you will be ok (see my story above). Congrats!

request a pad down they should give it to you without any issues. I have traveled twice during this pregnancy at 9 weeks and 14 weeks and never go through metal detectors or screeners
