I have been going through this with my daughter. First, I changed the diapers I was using. I used Butt Paste and that helped a lot more than the triple paste. i also used lotrimin. For sure, no wipes! Just wet cloths. I bought Cera Va soap and lotion. I use the soap for her baths and the lotion/cream I started using on her butt when the rash calmed down.
We are on one whole week of no rash and I am so happy. She suffered so much I hated it. She would scratch her butt in the tub and would make it so much worse.

Home remedies for severe diaper rash?
no wipes - just awet cloth and the medicated baby powder works wonders
