Help me choose a theme for DD 1st birthday
Im kinda torn between doing a girly monkey theme, minnie mouse or just keeping it simple with a color theme (was thinking pink and aqua). Any other suggestions?
Also please share if you have any pictures to share of your DD bday parties?
And if you did have a theme did you find that your child got gifts all related to the theme? Im a lil afraid of that..

I'm a disney freak so definitely minnie mouse! and I would say maybe do a TRU birthday registry for her and then when people ask, you can tell them about it- and you can make sure she doesnt get a slew of minnie things!

I did "First Birthday Princess". Very simple. I loved it.

Help me choose a theme for DD 1st birthday
We're doing the Baby Minnie Mouse one... I couldn't find anything I was in love with, but I liked it! We got it at Party City.

I am not a huge mickey/minnie person
I love color schemes
my second choice would be the monkey theme

Minnie mouse is cute & it would probably be the easiest because there is so much minnie out there. Like PP said, there is a whole set of the baby minnie 1st birthday stuff at party city.

Thank You so much! Another cute theme that I really like is the "Look Who's One" and it's all owl themed.

I have B/G twins so I can't help with the theme. I just wanted to tell you that I had a Sesame Street themed 1st birthday for them and received NOTHING SS for gifts! I love SS so I was kinda disappointed. I don't think people thing along those lines, at least in my case.

We did a music themed party bc DD loved/loves to dance and sing. It was pretty simple, but she loved it!
