Diaper rash
triple paste.. Are you sure its not a yeast rash? Those dont respond to diaper rash creams - you need medicine.
I ask bc when my daugther got her first yeast rash I didnt know what it was and I tried 10 different diaper rash creams and nothing seemed to work. I finally had to take her to dr bc it got really bad and he told me yeast rashes need special cream.

Diaper rash
is it bright red tiny red dots on the "crack" ? could be yeast, my dr prescribed this generic cream for $5 and it cleared it up in a matter of hours. all gone by the next day.
i also think aquaphor works the best for preventing and treating...i am not a fan of the zinc stuff, i feel like it does nothing

Diaper rash
Diaper rashes need high levels of zinc oxide. I think Desitin Max has the highest level. My ped had me mix a zinc oxide cream, aquaphor or vaseline, bacitracin or neosporin, and a tiny bit of olive oil. It helped with one of her rashes. Calmoseptine also helps You can get that from the pharmacist (OTC) at Walgreens. I'm using that and Bag Balm on a wicked rash DD has now.
For a yeast infection, Lotrimin 3 times a day for 2 weeks will help.

Re: Diaper rash
My dd had a terrible rash recently. I tried everything. Then decided to plop down the money on triple paste and it's a total lifesaver. Wish I had bought it sooner! Rash was gone within a day or 2
