Pain/cramp when moving too quick
Does anyone get a cramp when they move too quick? Kinda fells like I pulled something.

ALL THE TIME - It's scary sometimes I even get it when I stretch in the am! But from what I understand it's normal.

It happened to me last week at work when I stretched and stood up and felt a pain on my right side. I freaked out for a couple of minutes but then the pain went away and I was fine.

If I jump up out of bed too fast I get a cramp, I always assumed it was round ligament pain they talk about.

I've had this too and was going to post about it.
I read about the round ligament pain on webmd and I think that's what it is.
I have to remind myself to get up more slowly.
