TMI, perhaps
So, I'm CD 34. No sign of AF except my nipples hurt - usually my boobs will get sore but not the nips. Wtf? Happen to anyone?

How long are your cycles usually? Did you use OPKs or BBT to track O this month?

I just got off bc last month. First time since in 12+ years. Af was 4/20, and I didn't track anything to be honest.

Your first cycle, or first few cycles, off BCPs can we a little wacky. Just be patient.

If you didn't track when you ovulated, then you can't really be sure when AF is due unless you know how long your periods were before you went on BCP.

first month off bcp can be rough...takes a little time to adjust and cycles can be longer than usual. your body does all these crazy things to you, soreness, aches, cramps etc. then you just get used to them
