I may ave over done it..cramping and pain
Dh and I went food shopping and when I was putting the food away. Notice that when I bend down I would get pressure below and pain in my v- jay. I'm worried cause it stooped me in my tracks but now laying down I'm still crampy. Front to back.
Gould I be worried?
I have an ob appt scheduled tomorrow any way. But I'm worred

Menstral pain., and tightness around my belly.I feel LOIfeel moving as normal but for a while it was hard to go to sleep. I feel better this morning. I'm just glad I have an appt already set for today.
I have to learn my limits I guess, no carrying heavy bags and lifting things.
