soo much pain - gas pains/lower back pains/cramping/etc......
I'm around 25-26 weeksish.
Doc appointment is this week, so I will ask then.
Nothing is secreting or anything, but I never had these aches & pains last pregnancy...and surely not this soon!!!!
Gas pains to the point of being doubled over.
Normal, I am assuming?
I am not dehydrated today, either. Weird.

Normal! My gas is so bad, instead of periods at the end of sentences, they have been replaced by my toots.
If it hurts, try doing the most embarrassing thing ever and get on all fours and push a little. It has worked for me. That's right, doggie style that gas.

you seriously crack me up all the time!!
And yeah, you're right...dropping on all fours and giving a push definitely helps

Doubled-over in pain sounds extreme to me. It may be normal, but I would not wait. I was always told by my doctor when something causes "extreme" pain, that's what the emergency line is for. Double-over in pain means that to me.
Have you tried taking anything for the gas pain? Zantac? Tums? If you don't want to call the emergency line, I'd give that a try first. But I wouldn't wait until your appointment to ask. I'd be on the line to the nurse first thing tomorrow morning.
It could be completely normal, and probably is, especially if you haven't taken anything to relieve the pain. But I'm in the "better safe than sorry" camp as far as leaning towards calling the doctor.

I've had pretty bad gas pains too. A couple of times it hurt so bad that I couldn't move. It can also be round ligament pain. It's hurts and feels very similar to gas.

I never had gas problems before, or bloat, so this is so weird to me. I would go to the doc ASAP, but it does subside eventually, KWIM?
I've tried Tums, but they didn't help the gas.

I've taken maalox in moderation (twice in all 7 months.) My doctor said it was ok but every doctor is different. Maybe some fennel if you can get it this time of night? If you are still feeling pain, i would call the doctor on call.
