my nose 'burns' when i lay down & sleep

does this happen to anyone else? i know i am also suffering from post nasal drip & pregnancy rhinitis but i don't know if this burning feeling is normal or not. after i wake up, my nose is all stuffy then clears up during the day and returns at night. when i stand up, i feel my nose getting relief. it makes resting (cause i certainly don't sleep) even more uncomfortable than it already is!

I don't know about the burning but since 12 weeks I have had the nonstop stuffy nose when I try to sleep. Only opens up if I am sitting or standing. So annoying!

I get that, like my sinuses are dry. Im a big fan o
f the neti pot.

yes that is me continuously I am either really stuffy or burning nose. I bought a humidifier for the bedroom and put it next to my bed and it seems to help at night but during the day its not working.

I havent tried this but someone at work told me to but olive oil on a Q tip and just rub it in your nose.

She said it worked but I dont know, I guess it could work.
