EWCM 5dpo?
anyone ever have this? I started having some serious EWCM 5dpo and 6dpo, I mean like ridiculous (sorry TMI, DH is ready to puke every time I talk about it!  I'm not getting my hopes up at all (since I've been reading it's a boost of estrogen that would cause it which could mean a BFP...), I just hope this doesn't mean I o'd later than I thought??? I got my  last Sunday 12/18, so I was so confused with the EWCM the past few days....so far only BFN's but I'll see if this is just (yet another) weird cycle or if it means anything! Please share if this has ever happened to you! Hope everyone had a nice Christmas!!

It this month along with minor cramping. It was also exactly 5-6 dpo (CD 20/21). I am now CD 28, 13 dpo (maybe) and still BFN. I was really hopeful but now I'm thinking that's when I O'd.

hmmm if it is when I o'd then I will not be a happy camper since we did not BD that night or the next night!! (I know, I know, we should have!! I was too tired from wrapping gifts

I think I've seen other girls post that this could be an early symptom of pregnancy. But maybe you should  just case you are O'ing late. Good luck!!!

thanks!! I really experienced it most noticeably on Friday and Saturday. With all the craziness of Christmas (I was baking, we were wrapping, went to his parents, my sister's house, his brother's house etc)...it was just such a busy weekend we didn't once!! Plus I had a horrible headache last night, UGH I should know better and just hit the sheets when EWCM shows up! I'm waiting until Wednesday to test, 10dpo. GOOD GOD I hope I can hold out!! Having the week off from work is going to drive me batsh!t if I'm home alone with like 5 HPT's in the cabinet
I should clarify, Wednesday makes 10dpo IF my digital smiley was correct! the 2nd bunch of EWCM has me rather confused!

thank you!! it's funny last month I SWORE I was pg, I felt a million symptoms and then AF showed up.....this month, no major symptoms just the weird return of EWCM. We'll see if this means anything but I am NOT doing what I did to myself last month and crying over BFN's!! lord give me strength not to test!

keep awaaay from the tests!!!
hold out to new years if you can. i'm a big advocate for holding out... bfn is so much more disappointing to me than af somehow - plus if you wait, u know you're getting an accurate test. either you ARE or you aren't. good luck!!

you're right, b/c bfn's when you know it can still be too early to test give you that false sense of hope thinking it's just "too early"..... that's what screwed me all up last month....I'll see if I can hold out until New Years Day, this is going to be tough!!

I read the following posts and since you were using OPKs and got your smiley I'd say it's a pretty good sign. Also, did you BD at all last Wed-Fri b/c that would be ok if you did O Fri-Sat
I am a POAS addict though so I would be testing Wed lol

We'll see if my will power is still in tact by tomorrow morning!! DH was away last Thursday 12/15 to Sunday afternoon (even though I told him I NEEDED him here last weekend!!), but I o'd earlier than I expected so that screwed me up too (my cycle is usually 34 days and the past 2 cycles it's been trending to 30/31 days)....so we didn't BD until Sunday night!! I am hoping that the timing was ok....I woke up late Sunday (12/18) so my smiley showed up around 10:30am, and we roughly 12 hours later....DH is in big trouble if we missed the boat this month b/c he went away (he's a hunter, so it was the last weekend of hunting season
