You guys HAVE to try this soup!
Fully Loaded Cheesy Potato Soup
I used 3 cups of cheese and 4 cups of stock to make more soup and probably about 1/4 cup of Frank's Buffalo hot sauce (not the original) and it came out amaaaaaazing. You taste the beer, the potato, the cheese, the hot sauce... so so good! We topped with scallions, tomatoes and bacon
