Sounds like it was a good cycle.
Did you do suppression before hand or just went straight to stims on day 2/3?

This doctor didn't do the birth control thing beforehand at all (my previous doctor did w/ my first IVF). That cycle that needed to be converted I did 10 days of Lupron and then backed off on the dosage and kept taking the Lupron throughout--very poor response. So this time I cycled right back in, no suppression, and ganirelix at the end to keep from ovulating early (at which point he upped my Menopur).
