Who else is having a rough time sleeping?
Im falling asleep just fine but every single night around 3:30am, I wake up and then just end up laying there tossing and turning for 2 hours. every.single.night.
Im so exhausted! Anyone else having this issue? Have you found any solutions?

mee.. but i can't sleep until like 3 in the mornning.. i toss and turn.. i'm achy, when i get comfy, baby kics.. then i'm starving, and i have to pee, hot, cold.. blah blah if i can squeeze in an afternoon nap, it makes it bearable..

Totally can't sleep!!!
Hip pain is horrible, Back pain is horrible..baby moves a lot, have to pee like every hours but ti takes me forever to limpo my way to the bathroom. I can go on with my complaining.

ME! In the very beginning I slept like a rock. Now I wake up to pee at least once, sometimes twice and then have the hardest time falling back asleep even though I'm exhausted.

yup, this is me exactly. i would give anything for like 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep!!

I have a 4 year old, so the few times I have been sleeping guess who comes walking into our room or I just fall back asleep and next thing I know he is up for the day.

me too!!! it is terrible I usually wake up around 2am and lay there for 2 hours, if I do fall back asleep it is broken sleep until 5:15 when I have to get up. I am exhausted all the time

Me too! I end up on my back and I know I'm not supposed to lay on my back but then I toss and turn and cant get comfy! I end up laying there or playing a game on my phone bc I'm bored! I should just get up and clean or something!

I have the same issue, but I wake up at 2:30 and again at 4:30 and it's so hard to get comfy again to fall back to sleep. I'm so tired and napping is not an option, because then I can't fall asleep at night.
