How long until you get your results of the 1-hour test?

How long until you get your results of the 1-hour test?
Do you get them that same day or soon after? Or do you have to wait to find out until your next doctor appointment? I'm figuring before hand incase you need to go for the 3 hour? Thanks!

I took my 1-hour at 4 PM on a Wednesday and they told me to call anytime after 9 AM on Thursday for the results.

Should be the next day, if it's done on a Friday, as mine was, Quest didn't get it to them till Monday.
