I had the Bissell but it didn't last long at all. I have the Shark now and love it. I use it once a week since Dec and not one issue.

I have the Shark Vac then Steam Mop.....
for me, it was life changing. No carpet here, so it was a must. Absolutely love it. One of the best things I have ever purchased
