Hope it goes great!
Just remember, no home is perfect, and it's the inspector's job to point out every little thing and recommend upgrades and best practices and all of that. So don't get nervous if it seems like he is "finding" a lot of issues.
Let us know how it goes.

Good Luck! Hope it goes well. I would recommend asking lots of questions and making notes. Def ask the inspector to point out all the issues and put it in his report. I agree its their job to point out all the little details but its better to be forewarned and not regret buying your dream home.
