Officially in Contract - Inspection tomorrow!
We are officially in contract on the house in Millburn, NJ. We are scheduled to meet with our inspector/engineer tomorrow at noon.
Any questions we should ask in particular? Anything we should be looking for? Any insight is appreciated!
