Prenatals
Please recommend your Rx prenatal. I want to switch what I'm currently taking because it taste like berries and is repeating on me.

I take Citra natal Assure. I've had no problems and it has a stool softener in it.

PreNexa (with plant based DHA) and it is great for me and I have a sensitive stomach. it even has a stool softener which helps a lot.

IMO these were terrible for me..they repeated on me. The DHA is plant derived and I would consistently taste algae all night long
I started taking prenate essential and those have been great.

i take citra natal harmony and have had no problems, i do take them before bed so i am not sure if that helps with the no repeating on me thing
