what time of day/night do you take your prenatals??
right now i take it in the morning......is it better to take at night as far as nausea goes?? TIA!

I take it at night right before I go to bed. My dr. said it helps with the nausea.
I still wake up with m/s though

Mine don't upset my stomach, but they make me burp and it tastes HORRIBLE. So I take them in the middle of the night when I have one of my many bathroom breaks.

I take mine in the morning with my breakfast.
When I had morning sickness, I would always have to run to the bathroom right after I woke up, before I ate. So, I would go through the motions, then eat breakfast with the vitamins. They always stayed down. ... go figure!

I started out taking them in the morning, but they made me so nauseous that I switched to taking them right before bed. Definitely helps with the nausea, but I still wake up feeling nauseous.

I felt this way too. I think that my m/s is fading though so I have started taking them in the morning again and I am fine.

I take them 1st thing in the morning but they dont make me nauseas. I started Repliva however (iron supplement) and those make me nauseas!!! I'll take those at night before bed.

I take them in the morning--right after I brush my teeth...I leave them by the sink so I remember to take them. Luckily, I did not have any nausea....I use Prima Care One.

I take them in the morning before breakfast, before I jump in the shower. You figure you have to take it on an empty stomach 1 hour before eating. This is the perfect time for me because I'm always eating and it says you would have to take it 2 hours after you eat but see that never happens with me.
