I've heard this too.
I heard this too, but then I also heard night b/c you'll have more time to lay afterwards. I think whenever you can is best.

ive never heard specifically what time but i have read that you usually ovulate overnight so i would think late night or early morning would be best. we try to do late night and then i just go to sleep.
