Here it is, and I hope this helps.

I am of the mind that what will be will be.

You can spend your time worrying about something that COULD happen, or live your life and deal with what DOES happen.

What I'm saying is you can worry yourslef to death over something that MAY happen. Why waste your energy on this when you can focus on what you CAN do.

It adds more stress and difficulty. Enjoy your husband and be great!!! Let things happen and dont focus on the bad.

Kepp it positive and here is to all the good things for the future!!!

It's normal to feel that way. All you can do is hope and pray for the best. Worrying won't change anything. I think once you experience a loss, you loss that innocence of pregnancy and will always be a little bit nervous that it will happen again.

You just have to be as positive as you can be and have faith.

I know it's scary regardless... it's the same with any miscarriage.
For me I felt the same way... not just that I could mc again, but that it could be another missed miscarriage and so I wouldn't know it, AND it could be a trisomy 21 again. All those together sure is a cause for anxiety.

But as weeks pass and they turn into months, it does help. Of course, every time I go to another dr appt I say a prayer and take a deep breath, remembering what happened on that tragic day last time. Everytime I have a test regarding trisomy 21 it freaks me out.

But on the flip side of it, as you reach and pass each milestone, it does get a little bit better.

Really, you can't control these types of things that have unfortunately happened.... so having anxiety and fear of it, though normal... is almost useless and pointless. It's not going to change the outcome. What will happen, will happen. And luckily the likely of it happened multiple times is not that great... not impossible, but not 100% or anything close to that number. Instead, focus on the percentage number where things will be good, rather than the percentage that things will be bad. It's really the only advice anyone can give you.

OH, also maybe accupuncture might help calm you? I've never personally done it, but there are others who swear by it. It's just something to look into that might help ease the tension of it all.

I can sort of relate because I am scared of being pregnant again too!! I just tell myself that I want a baby and I refuse to live my life in fear.

Now, what I fear is just NOT getting pregnant!

I didn't have an ectopic pregnancy, but I did have a miscarriage before DS. It's scary and rocks you because you put all your into getting pregnant and then finally you get the BFP and you think all is well. That trust is lost.

An ectopic is tougher to get through so I imagine the anxiety is even greater.

You can't control it though Easy thing to say is don't do this to yourself, but it's so hard to follow that advice. Lots of and

I won't tell you not to feel that way, cause that would be impossibe! But try to think positive thoughts, it can make a world of difference!

i took a little break over the holidays. yes, went to the dr and i can move forward next cycle. i can't believe we are almost there!! so ready to put this behind me.

i think that nervousness and paranoya will be a part of life for anyone who had a loss before unfortunately it is somewhat normal

I feel the same. We can start ttc again after one more cycle. It's definitely scary.

It is totally normal Ang. But you are only human and you have more than enough reason to be nervous, scared, anxious, etc. It will be alright and you will move on to having a healthy & very happy pregnancy.
