Please Help - So clueless
So, on CD 48, I woke up yesterday with some very light spotting which I figured would lead to AF today. Still light spotting today. I think I am going to try OPKs this month, would you count the first day of spotting as CD1 or wait for a full blow AF?

Always count the first day of full red flow as CD1
