Lobster
I bought a lobster and had the store steam it. How do you recommend warming it up, and for how long?
Does anyone have a answer for me?
For any that are interested. I went to Jordan Lobster Farm's website and this is what they say to do. How to Re-Heat Lobsters
Lobsters that are cooked and wrapped in foil should be placed in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes in the foil. We recommend placing the lobsters on a cookie sheet or in a pan to prevent dripping.

Re: Lobster
reheating shellfish is tricky!
can you maybe broil or grill it (brushed with lemon and butter) until it's just heated through?

Re: Lobster
See now I would have thrown it back into boiling water for about 20 minutes, not bake it. Baking it to me would dry it out.

Re: Lobster
I would keep it chilled and make a cold lobster platter with cocktail sauce.
I would not reheat an already cooked lobster. The meat gets rubbery.

Or a nice lobster salad with mayo, celery, etc. on a toasted potato hot dog roll......
