Liberty Fence - If You Have Used Them - Please Come On In! UPDATE: 4-20-10
We are thinking about using Liberty Fence to install our fence in the front. We will be getting one 3ft gate, one double gate for the driveway, plus three panels in total. We really liked their price and their construction with cement inside the posts seems like the right way to go.
1. If you have used them, please tell me the good, the bad, the ugly. 
2. Where you happy with their service?
3. Where you happy with their product?
4. Where you happy with their install?
5. Happy with their warranty?
6. Are you still happy with your fence and has it held up well in bad weather?

UPDATE: 4-20-10: Are fence is being installed today.  We went with Liberty Fence in the end. Best price, great warranty & good PVC material. I can't wait to get home today and see my new fence. Our old fence has been literally falling apart. Then either Friday or early next week the gates will be installed. We are just getting the front of our house done this year.

My Mom had used them. They had the best price, she had a couple of estimates.
This is the second season and so far quality is great.
Install was professional, no complaints
Overall very happy

we got ours installed last year. They were good about telling me an acurate estimated time for installation- even with all the rain that delayed them last june
the fence seems to be holding up well to my golden retreiver and looks nice - they were pretty neat around the yard and asked if they ahd any questions

Yes, we used them. They do this and it works great.
1. If you have used them, please tell me the good, the bad, the ugly.
Salesman was nice. Workers were just ok. One guy ****** me off b/c he got annoyed when I asked him to move the post b/c he did not listen to what I wanted.

See above

So far, so good, 3 years later
4. Where you happy with their install?
Overall yes, but see my complaint again above
5. Happy with their warranty?
Not sure what that is!
6. Are you still happy with your fence and has it held up well in bad weather?

We had our PVC fence installed 2 years ago. It took forever to get an appointment for the installation - From the time we signed the contract to when the fence was installed, was about 2 1/2months.
Part of our PVC fence broke during one of the snow storms. They came right out and fixed it - no charge.
2. Where you happy with their service?
Extremely happy with the service. The guys that installed the fence were great - courteous - neat - and ontime.
3. Where you happy with their product?
Yes - We saw A LOT of different products from different companies and theirs seemed the best to us.
4. Where you happy with their install?
Very - They did everything we asked and gave advice when needed. They were neat with the cement and cleaning up.
5. Happy with their warranty?
See above - Very happy with the warranty.
6. Are you still happy with your fence and has it held up well in bad weather?
Fence is still white (not yellowy like some PVC fences can get) - the gates are solid and not flimsy when you open and close them. The gates 'settled' well and have not had to be adjusted. Part of the fence fell in during a bad storm this year - It was fixed in a day - wouldn't know anything happened.

We had 3 companies come and give estimates. Liberty was the second estimate but came in cheapest. Our next door neighbors used them in 2007 when the house we bought went up for sale. We had our fence installed last March. We had no issues with the installation. Everything was done when they said it would be.
2. Where you happy with their service? For the most part yes. There was a period of us not hearing from them but I honestly think DH didn't listen to what the guy told him so that period was a waiting period 
3. Where you happy with their product? Yes, looks great! Our neighbors does too!
4. Where you happy with their install? Yes, they were quick and efficient
5. Happy with their warranty? I honestly don't know it off the top of my head but know it was a good one when we purchased.
6. Are you still happy with your fence and has it held up well in bad weather? Yes, held up great! When we did estimates each company told us what happens with wind and honestly I didn't even think about it when we had that horrid storm. I was more worried about the tree in our backyard falling down! (Thankfully it didn't!)
I highly recommend them!

As you know, we have been happy with them.
1. If you have used them, please tell me the good, the bad, the ugly.
Good: salesman showed up when he said he would, ditto for the crew. They did exactly what was laid out in the contract. Have a lot of examples of their work and are helpful with decisions about height, post caps, gates, styles.
Bad: office staff was moderately resistant to providing me with legible faxed copies of licenses for the Town of Smithtown.
2. Where you happy with their service?
Overall, yes.
3. Where you happy with their product?
Definitely. We love our fence.
4. Where you happy with their install?
I thought one area was a little high off the ground but overall, I thought it was very good. I have a grade change on one side of my property and instead of doing one height all the way down the line (like my neighbor's cut-rate unlicensed guy did) they stepped down the heights so there weren't huge gaps underneath.
5. Happy with their warranty?
Yes. I used it already.
6. Are you still happy with your fence and has it held up well in bad weather?
Did you add this because of me?  It held up well until a few weeks ago when the middle vertical pieces fell out of one section. It was the stepped-down section and the top rails were too loose. They came about a week after I called, fixed it, and during that really bad storm recently, it was fine.

Thanks everyone! Keep the reviews coming.....good or bad. This is a hard decision to make. Each company tells you something different about their product and their construction. It's crazy.

I have a 75 x 100 plot, thinking for half to fence. But if you have a similar plot how much for the PVC fencing?

sorry, I didn't take any pics when I got home. It looks so funny without gates. You will just have to wait until next week, like we have to wait to get the dare gates installed.

 Seriously, I didn't take pics last night. I'll try tonight.
Yes we are happy with the job they have done so far. Nice and neat. Didn't trash any plants, so we are good. We chose the full privacy fence. No lattice or anything on top. We didn't see any of our neighbors yesterday, so hopefully they all like it. If they didn't like it I would be surprised because the old was falling down literally.  I'll get pics up soon.
