Liberty vs Rose fence

For those of you that have had fences and/or railings installed by Liberty or Rose......how long ago did you do it? how is it holding up?
I'm having a hard time deciding between the 2 because every company does everything so differently and I'm not sure which way is "best" over the long term. Also, I should mention that price is not a factor between the 2. TIA!

Rose Fence.

Installed it 2 years ago. Looks like new.

Would use them again and would recommend them.

Re: Liberty vs Rose fence

After TONS of research and asking people who have had PVC fences installed, we found that the BEST companies fill the posts almost all the way, or all the way up, with cement. This keeps the fences grounded and they will last a LONG, LONG time! We had Liberty come over and found they did not do this...we weren't pleased with the way they were going to install, figuring the cheaper price they had to offer would not be worth it if the fence had to be replaced in 5-10 years. HTH

Re: Liberty vs Rose fence

I got quotes from both and went with Liberty b/c it was cheaper. 2 years later, all is well.

I think Rose said they do this with their posts. It's so confusing because every company installs differently and says their way is best, lol! Thanks for the tip!

Re: Liberty vs Rose fence

I had both companies come to my house to give me estimates. The guy from Liberty was a true salesman. He would of fit well at a car dealership selling used cars. He was very pushy. He gave us a really low, too good to be true estimate. The guy from Rose fence came to the house and said I will be honest with you. He pointed at my neighbors fence and said I would use the company that he used. I said really? He said yes. Their vinyl looks to be of really good quality, and the bottom beam is very thick, so it wont drop. Well we took Rose Fence's recommendation and went with Precision fencing. Their price was a little higher, and their quality is excellent. We were extremely happy with the install, and the quality of the product. It is now 2 years later, and the fence still looks excellent. We also got a 50 year warranty.

I agree, we went with Precision after recomendations from this board and their spotless BBB records. They will not be your cheapest quote but the quality of the fence is top notch.

Good luck making your decision!
