Back from the doc with good news (no, not a BFP!)
I had my sono today and got DHs SA results back. First off, I so was not expecting an internal sono, but that's what I got. No big deal, but she caught me off guard. No fibroid! My uterus is just naturally curved. Of course it is, my spine is also, so why not the uterus, right? She said I had a cyst in my ovary, but the doc said it's a follicle and a good thing. He said it looks like I'll O around Monday. Good thing, cause I wasn't expecting to O until around Friday.
DHs SA came back good as well. His motility was a little low (46% where normal is 50%), but the doc doesn't think it's significant enough to be a problem. He gave me some OTC supplement for DH that will help it.
So, we talked about me going to the RE on Monday and he doesn't really think it's necessary. Everything has come back fine - the only problem seems to be my cycles are too long. He also said I may have a slight degree of PCOS, but my CD 3 bloodwork will tell us more about that. For now I'm starting Metformin today and will start Clomid next cycle. I have to go back for a sono on CD 12 to check the progress on the Clomid. He said we could go right to IUI, but I think I want to try timed intercourse on the meds for a few cycles since everything looks ok.
Please say a and send some that this is our month! I am feeling so positive right now!

So glad everything was positive and now you have a plan!
If you don't mind could you tell me what the name of the OTC supplement for DH is? Mine hasn't had a SA yet, but it couldn't hurt to take the supplement anyway, right?

Thanks everyone. The supplement he gave my DH is ProXeed Plus. It's a powder that gets mixed with water. I looked it up online and it's VERY expensive - $125 for a 1 month supply. I ordered FertileAid for my DH a while back and may just get that again, or some other type of supplement, if they seem comparable.
