Fresh Fish
With Easter/no meat days approaching, where do you get fresh fish (in Suffolk preferably)? Most supermarkets carry Atlantic Salmon, but I read that Wild Alaskan Salmon is a better choice.

I live way out east, but when I want fresh fish I go straight to the seafood distributors. Near me I like Cor-J Seafood

Costco sells really beautiful fresh fish (limited selection), believe it or not. Im a total food snob & only went to butchers etc. Costco has such nice meats & fish. I recently bought an amazing red snapper, although I had to de-scale it myself & we all know what a huge mess and PITA that is.
