How long can you keep fresh fish in the fridge?
Our neighbor just brought over some fresh bluefish he caught a couple of hours ago - all cleaned and ready to cook 
It's in a zip-lock in the fridge right now. Can I hold it like that until Thursday and have it still be good? DH has a business dinner tomorrow so Thursday would be the first chance to cook it for him.
Or should I freeze it?
