I would try to make an appt with an RE so that they can make a plan for you and maybe take some tests to see whats going on. Good Luck!!!

we were having the same problem, and the ONE month we just didn't care anymore...I conceived! I think its all about relaxation :)
Also did you go to the doctor yet for possible problems? That could ease your mind up a bit :)

I had low progesterone early in my pregnancy and did a bunch of research. I read that soy can interfere with progesterone so if you eat a lot of it, maybe cut back. I also read that eating a lot of sugar causes insulin spikes and that can affect progesterone too.

I hate when people say it's all about relaxation. I wish it was that easy!! Being relaxed wouldn't have helped me. I could have been cool as a cucumber when I was TTC my DD but that wouldn't have regulated my cycles or made me ovulate. However.................going to an RE changed everything! 4 months at the RE and I was pregnant! I would make an appt. with an RE and have them look into the possibility of something else going on. It could just be timing or you may have an underlying problem which they can help to fix. Good luck!

I agree.. relaxing has nothing to do with it (well, ok it does help) but if you have other issues, being relaxed won't do a thing. I would go see an RE - they can test for any issues and help give you a nudge in the right direction to get you pregnant quicker. If you're using OPK's to know when you're ovulating, and BD'ing when you O, then you're doing the right things so far . Seeing an RE should help put you at ease also. At least, thats what i'm hoping for myself
eta: if you have a dr appt. wed, they may suggest that DH has a sperm analysis done initially to see if he's got any issues also. I would follow the advice of your dr if you have low progesterone levels - they can tell you the best treatment.
