home inspection ?
as the buyer do you go to the home inspection? i'm pretty sure the answer is yes to this ?
as the seller should you be at the home inspection??

As the buyer defintely be at the home inspection...
As the seller, they should be there if there are any questions or concerns the home inspector may have..

I dont think sellers are supposed to be at the inspection. Maybe the seller's agent is present on behalf of the seller?

100% go, you learn so much about the house during the inspection also.
My seller was there and I am glad he was, he answered some questions the Inspector had about things he replaced and when it came down to the contract, there were no surprises because the seller was there and heard everything.

The buyers and their agent were here for theirs... and our agent was here as well. We were not.

Definitely! We (as buyers) were there with our agent and sellers were there
