Usually on friday or saturday nights sometimes both. Sundays we sometimes go with my parents or IL's. During the week we will occasionally go to the diner or order in.
I try to cook often bc it saves money and I usually feel like ordering in is so blah I'd rather make something. But we enjoy eating out on the weekends and having a cple cocktails

We eat out once a week. It's just nice to have a date night and get out of the house.

We go out at least once a week. With finances, we scaled back. Usually we go out Fridays.

1-4 times a week is a big range.
we generally go out for dinner once a week, and then for brunch/lunch once a week.

We go out about twice a month. Thats not including our usual Friday night Subway or pizza take home.

We almost never eat out. Maybe 1x/month and if we're feeling really crazy, 2x/month!

3 or 4 times a week for dinner
everyday for lunch
I don't have a microwave yet  and I don't really cook
ETA- I also work really late so at 9pm I don't feel like cooking...and I usually need a drink
I think I have to bump this up to 5 or 6 times a week
I have gone out to dinner 3 of the last 4 days
but I am single now- and this is pretty much how I lived before I got married
I am sure things will change once I get more settled

Sit down about 1 a month.
Take out about 3 times a month.
And I always use coupons.....we are on a budget now.

Sit down at a restaurant.. a couple of times a month.. usually with friends, occasionally just the two of us.
Take out/ fast food... once a week at most.
We bring lunch to work every day.
edited.. Just wanted to add.... we used to eat out A LOT more but recently are cutting back b/c we're trying to get healthier & lose weight.
