how long would you go?
Along the lines of my other post, DH and I have been Bding every 2-3 days as per the Dr's advice and I skipped OPKs altogether this month. We Bd cd4, cd6, cd8, cd10, cd12, cd16 (we missed a day), cd18 and today is cd20. I know my Dr. said to Bd until AF showed up, but I know this is becoming a real chore for DH (and I admit, a little for me too.) I was thinking of trying either tonight or tomorrow, and then again cd23. And that's it. I think we both need a little break from this.

Here's the thing. 5 months of OPKs gave me early results, between cd10-12. Yet I was having 28-34day cycles. Which leads us to believe that I was actually Oing later then the test says. I know I got preggo with DS at cd18. Dr. told us to go all month, but I just don't think we have it in us. lol!

lol, you sound like us this month! We BDed 6, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19. today is cd21 and although I also really want to take a break - I think I might just give it one more shot. But I also have no idea when I Oed (if I did at all this month). But we stopped kinda early last month and I keep thinking maybe we should have kept it up a little bit longer. I could be totally past ovluation and it could be all for nothing, but at least I know I tried my hardest, lol

I think your plan to Bd today or tomorrow and then CD23 and then stop will cover all your basis. you are BDing 5 days after you conceived DC. KWIM...so even if you o later than CD18..you still cover that time. If im reading your plan correctly.

I would keep going for as long as you can until AF shows so you have no regrets what so ever. When you can't, you can't and then it's time to wait.
