Frustrated

Hi everyone,

I don't post very much...I am mostly a lurker and have learned so much from all of you. This is my 6th month TTC. Came off BCP in September and jumped right into the TTC journey. The first two months AF came, albeit late, but she came (32/33 days respectively). Then I didnt ovulate and went two months without my period until the doc gave me progesterone. Then, in January, I started taking Vitex and O'd on day 18. I have a 10 day LP so my cycle was 28 days. I was excited that the Vitex worked...


Now to this month. I could have sworn I O'd around day 15/16 (didnt use a OPK but fertile CM, soft cervix, breast tenderness, still taking the Vitex)... well no AF. Then I thought maybe I o'd when I usually did, which would make me two days late today... no AF and neg HPTs. I'm so frustrated!! I am afraid this is another cycle with no O that I will have to take meds to end. I really thought this may be my month because for the last 2.5 weeks, I have been exhausted, have had weird cramping but not AF. My breasts have been tender on and off...


This being 6 months, should I start getting worried??? Shouldnt I be regulated from the BCP by now??? I'm just so frustrated and I knew you ladies would understand. I never thought the TTC journey would be so difficult. I just feel like I am never going to get pregnant...


I have a doctors appt next Wednesday. If no AF, I'll ask for a blood test then maybe some meds to end the cycle. I know when I did CD3 testing, my progesterone was low... and I know my LP is short.. maybe I'll ask her about that??

Are you being perscribed the drugs by your OB? All you can do is wait until Wed. I know it seems like an eternity from now, but you will make it. Since you didn't use the OPK, you could be a little off as to when you O'd and it may be early for either an HPT or AF. Good Luck, I hope you get a BFP

No, Im not being prescribed any drugs... I've been using Vitex to push up my O date (was Oing around day 22). I'm going to see if she can give me somthing to prolong my 10LP... maybe thats the problem?? Also, if I didnt O this month, that would make only 3 natural AF's in 6 months. Its been 6 months off the pill, dont you think my cycles should be getting better, not worse?
