I am a late O'er (CD22/23). I started taking Vitex last cycle and O'ed on CD18. I didnt use an OPK this month, but I am pretty sure I O'ed yesterday or today (CD14/15). Since Vitex seems to have regulated my cycle quickly, do I stop taking it or is it something I need to keep taking to keep my cycle regular??
